Delivery Info & Returns policy
Understanding Deliveries: 95% of all goods on the website (limetreecraft.com) are in stock and ready to be dispatched and should go out within 24 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays). If any card needs to be cut and packed this may hold the dispatch up, (usually no more than an extra 24 hours). If we have a major rush this also may delay dispatch times. Standard Delivery Under 2kg is sent second class Royal Mail 2 to 3 days from dispatch. Our 24 hour delivery (fedex and Royal Mail) 24 hours from leaving us (if you order Morning we will do our utmost get it out on the same day you should get it the next day. We are not responsible for any delays. If your Delivery is (time is of the essence) please contact us before ordering. We do not specify a delivery date/time but we will try to accommodate any requests.
Returns: You must return goods in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging and send them back to us as soon as possible and must do so within 28 (twenty-eight) days. We will refund the money due to you as soon as possible but by no later than 10 (ten) working days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will refund the full price of the returned goods this excludes delivery costs, delivery inclusive (i.e. free) returns are assumed to be £6.40
Consumer Contracts Regulations: “this is not us it’s the Law”
You have a legal right to cancel the Contract for any reason at any time within 7 (seven) working days of the day after you receive the goods. This is the legal “cooling off period” though you may need to pay return delivery costs. But there are some items that aren’t covered by these rules, such as a personalised order i.e. special orders cut to a non standard size etc. All goods must be sent back unopened and in their original packaging. Unless it specifically states a delivery date, rights are difficult. By law, delivery only needs to be “within a reasonable time”, which is normally up to 30 days.
Damages: If you think your goods are damaged in transit please take photos, the more the better, where it was left etc. and the condition of the parcel before opening. This will help us claim insurance from the courier.
Shortages or faulty goods: please contact us, we will do our best to put it right.
Colour textures and finishes: We do everything possible to ensure that the colours and patterns of our products are accurately represented on our website. However, reproducing colours, textures and finishes digitally is not perfect and depending on your monitor the colours may not be identical. Please send for samples if you don’t know our card.
