Limetree Craft have taken the utmost care in compiling this website and are unable to take responsibility or any form of liability for any inaccurate information. It is possible, that at times, errors may occur regarding the price of items. If this should happen then you will be offered the option of cancelling your order or re-ordering at the correct price/quantities etc. Appropriate contact details at the point of ordering would greatly facilitate this process.
We are also unable to accept responsibility for any damage to persons or property caused by products sold by us.
Every reasonable care has been taken to accurately represent the true colours of our products on our website – however colours on monitors are not always accurate and for this reason we cannot be held responsible for differentiation in colour.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you do wish to return an order once it has been dispatched it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay any return postage. Goods returned will need to be in original condition in the original packaging.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible. If you choose to email us it is possible that your order may not be cancelled in time and it may still be dispatched.

The only information we hold on the website would be your email and past orders information I.e. delivery address, goods ordered etc. No information will be passed on or shared with third parties. We may occasionally email you with new products or events. All the information we hold on you can be seen in your account (account holders) you can receive a copy of information held by email request, please allow up to 10 working days. We are happy to delete all information held please write or email. No card payment detail are held.
